This notice explains what Nimerica LLC ("Nimerica", "we", "us") does with personal information in connection with this website, nimerica.com.

The short version

• This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
• The contact form does not send anything to us by itself. It prepares an email in your own email app, and you choose whether to send it.
• We use what you send us to reply to you and to discuss our services. We do not sell it.

Information you give us

If you email us, call us or send the message that the contact form prepares, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and details about your business. We use this information to respond, to prepare for and hold a consultation, and to provide services if you become a client.

Information collected automatically

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you. The site loads no third-party scripts, and its fonts are served from our own address.

Cookies

We do not set cookies. Your browser may store one small setting on your own device if you use the "Pause motion" switch, so that the site remembers your choice. It is not sent to us.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as our email provider, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or the client relationship, and as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing mmoghim@nimerica.com. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
